My Story

My path to natural health began with my own struggles. For years, I battled with chronic illness and found little relief from pharmaceutical medicine. It wasn’t until I pursued my education in massage therapy and natural health that I discovered a healing method that truly resonated with me—one grounded in science and honoring God.

As a Christian, I believe in the power of God's creation and approach health with a deep respect for both His wisdom and the science behind holistic healing. My practice is built on the foundation of evidence-based techniques, not magic or tarot cards, ensuring a balanced, thoughtful, and respectful approach to health and wellness.  Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves when provided with the right tools, environment, and nutritional care.

When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time with my family, cooking wholesome meals, painting landscapes, and crocheting. I’m here to help others who feel like they have nowhere else to turn—those who are frustrated with their current healthcare and looking for real, sustainable solutions. It’s my mission to provide the guidance and support you need to heal naturally and live your best life.
